Digitalising Commercial Processes with WebContractor

In 2018, Eurovia Contracting introduced WebContractor to manage some of their most important commercial processes.

Looking to digitise ways of working and remove a layer of time-consuming admin tasks for the team, the platform offered a simple and fail-safe method for managing subcontractor requests for payment. Freeing up Quantity Surveyor time for higher value tasks, implementing WebContractor allowed the same team of staff to manage twice as many subcontract certificates, per month. 

The Business

A Tier 1 contractor, Eurovia Contracting work primarily for local and national government organisations, delivering highway, urban realm and structure schemes up to £30m across England. 

The Challenge

Alongside daily emails and reminders to update you on the status of payment applications, WebContractor offers a central Dashboard and complete reporting tools, allowing Eurovia Contracting’s central finance team to see the exact position with liabilities across the business.
