A module to simplify the management of insurances and bonds, whilst reducing the cost and effort for all of the parties involved. Giving subcontractors the ability to control their own insurances and bonds in the WebContractor portal, it offers automated, early status checks and in advance reminders.

Contractor T&Cs always specify that subcontractors MUST have all necessary insurances and bonds in place, and that they are up to date and renewed ahead of expiry. In almost all cases, contractors will not make payments to subcontractors where insurances and/or bonds are not in place or have expired.

Developed to ensure all the necessary information is kept in one place and is handled on time, this module provides subcontractors with the ability to upload and update their own insurances and bonds within WebContractor. Reducing the risk of subcontractor payment delays due to expired insurances and bonds, the module puts the subcontractor in control of their own information. It also decreases the insurance and bond administration processes for the contractor.
