With a large-scale customer base and a comprehensive product range of over 200,000 items, Arco needed to adopt a new solution that caused minimal disruption to their current ordering process. After previously experiencing slow processing speeds and system downtime, a seamless integration into Arco’s SAP ERP system was imperative to ensure no disruption was caused to their customer base.

These tools enable the team to identify and resolve issues such as missing information in real-time, ensuring minimal disruption to order processing. Crucially, they also allow Arco to correct the root causes of these issues at source, helping to prevent repeat occurrences and improve long-term data integrity.
Arco originally sought a solution that would allow them to go live and begin processing orders within three months, but Open ECX exceeded expectations, delivering a successful implementation in just four weeks.
